Refund policy

We have a 30-day return and refund policy on domestic (U.S.) orders. This means:

• You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a refund
• You must first return an item before receiving a refund

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. Damaged items will not be refunded.

To initiate a refund, contact us at co@stillfleet.com. Please forward your receipt.

If your request is accepted, we’ll confirm next steps. This involve shipping the item in question to our warehouse.

International orders will not be refunded.
