However, as the central plot of the show involves mysterious collusion between private, municipal and criminal enterprises, we must also imagine a future for these things, and their constituent parts: banking, healthcare, real estate, weapons dealing, politics, extortion, bureaucracy itself.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cspan\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eIn the course of the show there have been several occasions where a potential future described has actually come to pass in the real, actual world\u003c\/strong\u003e (an easier feat when one considers how long we’ve been at this, but nonetheless): Amongst our listeners we have developed a strange reputation, a kind of infamy for accurate, accidental soothsaying. \u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cspan\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eThis zine is about that phenomenon: media which predicts the future\u003c\/strong\u003e (tho perhaps it does not intend to).
